What is "mind less ness"? Not being aware of your body, mind and emotions. Being in only one area of your life predominantly. For example:

You may be only mentally focused. You’re “stuck in your own head.”
You may be more emotionally focused. You’re “wearing you heart on your sleeve.”

The problem with mindlessness is that it can allow someone to ignore “minor”
stresses or concerns in other areas of one’s life until it builds up to a meltdown or
some crisis.
